- It must have happened at a very low speed for this misdemeanor charge. Yes, intentionally ramming someone with a car will most often result in felony charges, she's getting off easy. Likely result will be probation and the loss of her license. And that's before the civil case.

- Obviously biased article. Your $50 boilerplate online will puts you family in a much better situation than no will at all. Not everybody has the $1,000 to spend to sit down with a lawyer every time their life changes. A lot of people never get around to it. I think it's a great service.
