It must have happened at a very low speed for this misdemeanor charge. Yes, intentionally ramming someone with a car will most often result in felony charges, she's getting off easy. Likely result will be probation and the loss of her license. And that's before the civil case.

Obviously biased article. Your $50 boilerplate online will puts you family in a much better situation than no will at all. Not everybody has the $1,000 to spend to sit down with a lawyer every time their life changes. A lot of people never get around to it. I think it's a great service.
